Illustrative scenario · company names, people and amounts are fictional

One subcontractor, one contract, every output CONTRIX produces.

Every image below is a real screen from the CONTRIX demo database or a real downloaded Word / Excel file. The contract, companies and events are synthetic: the page shows, on a single example, how much a company actually using the product gets out of it.

This is an illustrative scenario. “Örnek Kalıp Demir Beton” (literally “Sample Formwork”), “Örnek Ana Yüklenici” (“Sample Main Contractor”) and all other company names, people, projects and amounts are fictional and do not represent any real company, customer or contract. CONTRIX is at pilot stage; this page is not a customer reference.

This example is a Turkish subcontract, so the generated letters, claim file and contract package are in Turkish — CONTRIX writes them in the contract's language (EN, TR, NL, DE). The interface and the executive brief are shown in English.

The contract arrived: we saw what we were signing before we signed

The main contractor sent a TRY 98.6m frame subcontract. CONTRIX read it clause by clause against Turkish law and our own thresholds: a price-adjustment waiver, no liability cap, payment conditional on the main contractor being paid. Most dangerous: an extension-of-time notice not given within 5 days is lost. Findings entered the technical office, commercial, project, legal and executive approval chain; every decision is recorded by name.

The crew commitment was read from the contract; timesheets counted themselves

The 43-person crew commitment and TRY 2,000 daily deduction in clause 5 were read automatically. Timesheets uploaded: 27 short days in 33, TRY 54,000 deduction exposure. We knew the figure before the main contractor wrote to us.

Rebar arrived 6 days late: the 5-day window hit the agenda and the claim file built itself

“Block B, level 7 rebar delivery 6 days late; formwork crew standing.” The moment the event was logged CONTRIX put the notice deadline (28 Oct) on the agenda, ran the delay analysis on the programme (6 days, critical path, LIKELY) and priced it: idle crew, crane, prolongation, head office and profit — TRY 1,194,782.40. The claim radar found 24 further heads in the same contract. Without the extension, delay damages at 0.3% a day would have cost TRY 1,775,520 over those 6 days.

An interim payment went unpaid: notice, roadmap and Word letter ready

Interim payment No. 5 (TRY 10.9m) passed its 45-day term. The Today screen and its Excel export turned it red. The termination/suspension roadmap took its steps from the contract's own clauses; the notice of default was filled in from a form and downloaded in Word for the notary. Dispute and close-out roadmaps come from the same contract.

This time we drafted the Phase 3 contract ourselves

A 46-clause draft from the library, a 354,500 man-hour crew plan and Annex 07 from the bill of quantities, a responsibility matrix and annexes. The draft went through our own rule set; two consistency warnings were closed before signing. “Generate package” produced the main contract, 11 annexes and internal decision notes in Word.
